Hi everyone,

Today we are getting big issue Most computers client windows 10 joined domain can't access share folder on VNX5300.

Error notification on windows 10 is: An Extended error has occured.

A little computers also using windows 10 (also joined domain apply same group policy ) can access to share folder on VNX5300.

When open folder security permission on VNX5300 it only show Users/group ID such as: S-15-21-XXXXXX

Could you please help me resolve this issue.

My VNX was end of support .
