My daughter's computer (Dimension 4550) was acting slow and she has tried to clean it out.  Now we have no icons.  When we turn it off and on again it will show the microsoft screen and eventually come to the screen with the green hill and blue sky but absolutely no icons to work with.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.
