Hello,

 

I am trying to download Java into my computer but unfortunately, I have been unsuccesful.  The message that says Windows is not allowing download into my computer because the publisher is unknown always pops up no matter what I do. 

 

I think, the problem is that, Java requires XP SP3, and some other version but my laptop is XP SP2.  Is there anyone who can help me??? I tried calling the Dell Help Support but I was put on hold for over half an hour and it is very frustrating.

 

I need to be able to have Java in my computer very soon for my work.  So, please, HELP.
