I had to wipe out everything in my computer told to me by a phone technical this was about a year ago. I haven't been able to get anyone to understand the number on my microsoft works suite will not work with serial no. on computer. I haven't been able to use my works and do not know who to go to for help.It was under warranty but of course it's run out.I did try over the phone for hours at differents times but give up .
