I can't set any power options - Path is: control panel/performance & maintenance/power options - click power schemes tab and power scheme field is blank with rest of window greyed out. Can't enter into "turn off monitor", "System standby", etc.

Comp is Dell Dimension B110 w/ XP Home.

Can anyone help?
