XPS 9360 does not boot up

I have a laptop XPS 9360 and it is not starting after pressing the swith on button. The power on led is on during 3 seconds and then it switches off. Nothing starts. I tried to turn it on with the battery or the charger and it is still not initializing. Any hint on what to do?
