I am trying to reinstall Windows 10 on my Inspiron 3750 I had to do this because I was receiving a message of no bootable devices. I tried the technique suggested for fixing this, but none of them work. As a result I am trying to reinstall Windows. I downloaded the recovery tool from Dell, and created a USB drive. When I install it in my Inspiron, and try to boot using USB, all I see is a black screen with a small white bar on the bottom right corner.
