I've read some posts concerning the Latitude E7450 HD Touchscreen; https://www.dell.com/community/Latitude/E7450-Touchscreen-Problem-Bubbles/m-p/7198107#M10252. 

This replacement out-of-stock part for my Dell Latitude E7450 14" Touchscreen FHD LCD Screen Complete Assembly - 2D73T is rather hard to come by. I have not exposed my laptop to excessive heat or water. Has anyone else had this problem with their Dell laptop?

P.S. the image is multiple shots while the laptop restarted, and I held down the D key.
