I have an XPS 8500 with windows 8. A while back, I was having trouble updating and the computer was being slow. I wanted to start fresh, so I decided to restore to factory settings. I made a recovery USB and at the final step i got error 0x4001001300001002. Windows will not boot and restarting the computer makes it go through the same process and error code. Please help!
