hi, after recently accientally downgrading my bios from a26 to a23 on my inspiron 1100, I have been getting the error message that a 70 watt power adapter is being detected at startup. i have a 90w adapter that came with teh system.  however it seems that no adapter is being detected at all, and my system will not run on external power. i have 75% battery left on the laptop. when trying to update the bios, i get the error that no ac adapter is detected. when using the /forceit command in dos prompt. the system restarts to flash but then i get the same error that no ac adapter is detected. any ideas? could i force a flash without the ac adapter being recognized? thanks for your time- red
