I just bought an old Dell Inspiron 6000 from a friend after she'd done a clean install of the OS using the system restore CD that came with the computer. I can't get the internet or audio to work, and I've determined that I'm missing the following drivers:

Ethernet Controller

Multimedia Audio Controller

PCI Modem

Network Controller

PCI Modem

Video Controller

Video Controller (VGA Compatible)

They are all listed on the "device manager" window under "other devices" with both a question mark and an exclamation point next to them. I've been snooping around the forums here and I've tried entering my service tag on the support page. I found the list of drivers for my computer and I looked up the original system configuration to figure out which drivers to install, but I can't figure out which components are which.
