I have a Inspiron 1521. The Windows Boot Mgr states that Windows failed to start. Info: An error occurred while attempting to read the boot configuration data. Status: 0xc000014c. I have run all the diagnostics. Everything checks out OK. I took out the HD & reinserted it. Still same msg. All I can do is run the diagnostics. System won't let me do anything else. That includes trying to boot from the CD/DVD w/ the original install disk. Also get nothing from . Still Windows Boot Mgr screen w/same msg. Any advice/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
