Hello . 

when I try to backup a windows server, I get the below error. 

OS: Windows Server 2016 Standard 10.0

NetWorker version: 19.8.0.4.Build.129

bck server networker version is 19.10.0.5 
the client was 19.10.0.5 , but I downgraded it in hopes it will work . no luck there . 

A few things that I tried : 
client reboot 
chkdsk ran without errors 

sfc scan showed no errors

antivirus was also disabled

there was a .bak  corupted profile that I also deleted.

block based backup is not possible because we dont use datadomains here. 

any ideas what I can try further ?
