I have FiOS 75/75. My three year old Dell laptop gets around 80/70, but my new Dell laptop only gets 40/40. I've worked with the FiOS people and everything is fine on their end. I've checked with Costco services, who provide support for my Dell purchase, but they say everything is fine, even though I'm not getting my 75/75, even when connected by ethernet cable. I have a home wireless network. I downloaded the latest network drivers from Dell, but no change.

Why am I not getting the fastest connection that I get on the old laptop?
