I'm attached to my PowerVault 136T tape library's RMU.  I'm trying to view the operator panel, but  all I see is an image box with a red X entitled "Panel Data".  If I hover the mouse where the operator buttons should be, I could click on buttons, but nothing is visible.

 

I have the latest firmware for the library (v3.21.0002) and the RMU (v180D.00002).  I've reset the RMU, but to no avail.

 

Is this a problem with the library, the RMU, or with settings on my desktop?  I'm running WinXP sp2, with IE 6.
