I am wondering if anyone else is having troubles with slow SMC Console?

We are running v 7.2.1.3, and have 8 gatekeepers to each of our two Symmetrix. Creating a device from GUI can takes minutes to complete, it step is awfully slow. Doing the some on CLI is a matter of seconds.

The 8 GKs have 8 paths each, and setup with round robin in VMWare.

The VM have 2 vCPUs at 2,6 GHz, and 7 GB RAM.

Still this service is dead slow. The host the VM is running primarly on is a Dell R900.

Is this normal, or is something wrong in our configuration?
