VNX Replicator session hangs during reverse operation
Hi,
Newish to the VNX2 system.
I have 2 x VNX2 5600s running 05.33.009.5.155 Block & 8.1.9-155 File
I have a bunch(8) VDMs and respective CIFS servers humming away serving up file, all good. I am also using Replicator for the VDM's and their associated file systems.
I seem to hit a random problems is swapping between my source array and DR array. (Both VNX2, same configuration)
What happens is when issuing the nas_replicate my_vdm -reverse command the session will hang at 50% and I get this if I check the task for more details.....
[nasadmin@VNX-CS-AW-00 ~]$ nas_task -i 3777022
Task Id = 3777022
Celerra Network Server = VNX-CS-AW-00
Task State = Running
Current Activity = Info 26045317636: The primary replication task is retrying to remount of the production file system/LUN/VDM.
Movers = server_2
Percent Complete = 50
Description = Reverse Replication EPS-P-ITS-VDM-REP [ id=715_CKM00144300728_2007_578_CKM00144300723_2007].
Originator = nasadmin@cli.localhost
Start Time = Tue Jan 17 15:01:17 GMT 2017
Estimated End Time = Thu Jan 19 19:36:42 GMT 2017
Schedule = n/a
It can also happen to a filestore when swapping over and it just stays like this, I cant even kill the task :-/
It works fine 90% of the time but can happen to any VDM or FS.
Anyone experienced this kind of thing before? Something I'm doing wrong.
Thanks in advance.
