I'm not sure what happened. It started maybe two days ago. It started with my Adobe Photoshop saying this [please copy and paste the link]:

I hit ignore, but soon it started freezing. Then more and more applications started to freeze. Mozilla Firefox froze when I opened more than one tab, I tried to print something, it froze...and AOL froze at one point. Help?

EDIT: Also, when I click on my username, it takes about 5 minutes + to load up everything. It used to take about 30 seconds...
