HI, when None of my restore points would restore, Dell told me to do a complete PC restore.

Have to backup everything and possibly loose all data on hard drives and will have to reinstall most of other programs.

 

This seems too extreme.  Does anyone know an alternative solution?  Restore has worked in the past.  No new soft or hard ware installed.  Event log show nothing.  :smileymad:
