Hi,

I need to get a hold of a new widnows xp professional reinstallation disk that came with my computer. Does anyone have any idea how I can get a new reinstallation disk? Over the last two weeks I've spent about 2 to 3 hours talking to Dell's Customer Care reps. They have no idea what I'm talking about or how to help me. As if I'm the first person that ever had a missing reinstallation disk. This forum is my last hope. Some one please help me. Please tell me who to contact, and what terminology I should use when asking for it, because "windows XP Professional reinstallation disk" seems to be a foreign language to the dell customer care reps.
