Hi,

After 2 year my battery has 42.2% wear level. On Windows 10, when discharging the battery go from around 35% to 0% in some seconds. I rarely use my Alienware and when I do is always on AC. I didn't find anywhere the possibility to order a new Dell battery for my 13 R3. Does anyone have a solution? Should I use a unofficial battery?
