I recently purchased an Inspiron 16 Plus 7640 and noticed the BIOS settings are missing a lot of options, presumably because the advanced settings have been locked. Is there a way to unlock the advanced settings?

I found a mention somewhere of a tool called Dell Command Configure which can be used to enable "AdvancedMode" for the bios, but the tool in question doesn't appear to be compatible with this particular laptop.
