like 4 years ago I tried to hard reset my dell laptop model Inspiron 11 3000 series and now every time ive tried to boot it up or both in different booting options it just pops up as a blue screen with that error code and like 3 seconds later just restarts and does the same loop Dell support is useless I'm not paying 100 for a laptop to get fixed that's not even worth that anymore
