Which one is prioritized with OneFS 8.2: static routes or source-based routing (SBR) rules?

There seems to be conflicting information in Dell documentation. OneFS help and Isilon OneFS External Network Connectivity Guide state that "source-based routing rules are prioritized over the static route" and "SBR bypasses the routing table and static routes". However, KB article 20056 states that "static routes are prioritized over source-based routing rules".

Which statement is true?
