For Laptop  Latitude. 5480. 

Wireless Adapter is not activated. 

Activating it with Fn and Wireless sign does not work. Going into Bios with Fn F2 shows that the WiFi device is installed and enabled. 

How can I activate the WiFi furthermore? I do not see further options
