Hello everybody!

I recently bought a Dell Latitude 7420 laptop with i5 generation 12 from an older friend recently returned from Germany! I installed a clean Microsoft Windows system on it and after a simple BIOS update through Windows Update it simply crashed. It displays a message like: Is protected by a password authentication system. You cannot access the data on this computer without the correct password.

The idea is that I want to unlock it because I gave it money and this friend from whom I bought it now tells me that he sold it good to me.

Any solution can even password if Dell sees this post! Thank you very much and I look forward to hearing from you.
