Hello, I am running a Latitude 5530 with a Zone Vibe Wireless Logitech headset. My bluetooth is intel wireless bluetooth and I have all the latest drivers and the latest BIOS from dell.

My issue is that sometimes the Microphone or Speakers in my headset lose their spot in the computer and become completely unusable. Like right now I have audio coming through the speakers but it doesn't even recognize the mic as connected at all, and when I try to power cycle the headset or turn on and off the bluetooth on the computer, the bluetooth function completley locks up and forces a reset of my computer for it to get working again.

I've tried re-pairing, re-installing drivers, changing the defaults in the system, removing them from device manager and re-installing. Any easily searched solution, I have tried. What am I missing?
