I'm having a real issue that I can't get to the bottom of with a Dell Latitude 5480.

The integrated webcam seems to have some sort of infrared mode which all my applications are defaulting to, which causes this (fairly terrifying image) of the users face flashing in greyscale.

When looking at device manager, there are two integrated webcams under cameras. When I remove/uninstall one, they just come back on restart. Sometimes they don't come back but the webcam stops functioning completely. I have tried installing a Realtek camera driver to no avail.

Has anyone else seen this issue with this model/webcam? Photos below of the webcam without the bezel (you can see the red flashing light on the left side of the webcam unit) and the image that's being displayed on the Windows 10 camera app.
