So I have a Dell latitude E6530. This laptop had a core i5-3320m before but I recently upgraded to a core i7-3940XM with a TDP 55W instead of 35W in the core i5. I also upgraded the cooling for a one that I believe is better and applied thermal grizzly kryonaut. On my new cooling there was an already applied thermal paste but it seemed awful especially after I applied thermal grizzly (the temperatures went down to even 50 degrees from about 70 degrees idle). I ran some stress tests (intelburn test) and it told me that my system managed to remain stable (which is true, my cpu's clock speed didn't go under the base clock speed and was even faster than ever).

Well, the problem is that it's not stable.
The problem is within roblox but I had some thermal throttling also when I played pc building simulator (but I played it only 1 time for about half an hour, maybe a little longer)
People who played roblox on a laptop/badly cooled pc probably know that even tho it doesn't take up much resources it produces a lot of heat and drains the battery pretty fast. I can see it on another laptop in my house (and the situation stayed like that since the first time I played roblox) that the battery is drained a lot quicker and the laptop quickly becomes really hot.

That's also the case on my main laptop. Even though I usually have my laptop plugged to the charger when I play (because I have higher performance) I can see that the temperatures are really high. I can feel it when I put my hand near the fan that it's a lot hotter than when I use chrome or play games that don't heat up my cpu so much (like minecraft but I almost only play on multiplayer so my cpu doesn't have to worry about generating the world or something).

The thermal throttling is so bad that my cpu sometimes goes all the way down to even 0.3 GHz. That's not good at all (considering that on another laptop windows XP wasn't running smoothly on 1.46  GHz)

Also the temperatures are about 90-100 degrees max. TJunction for both the core i5 and my new core i7 is 105 degrees. The temperatures aren't high enough to make my laptop turn off so I shouldn't have to worry about that.

And lastly, if someone knows if I can do something with roblox so it doesn't overheat my laptop I would be grateful. Though that wouldn't be the perfect solution because as I said I have the same problem in other games as well.

So, what can I do about it?
As I said, I already upgraded the cooling and applied a new thermal paste (about 2-3 weeks ago). I didn't really try anything in the software other than the ThrottleStop app, but I don't really know how to use it so if someone could give me a tutorial that would be great
Other than that I thought about disabling SpeedStep but I figured that it's better to write this post first.

Please no stupid anwsers like: "just stop playing roblox" or "buy a pc". I'm looking for a solution that'll help me bring my temperatures down a little or just completely disable thermal throttling.
