I have a Dimension 8100 and a new Palm Pilot 125. I cannot get the software to load. It reaches the 68 % level and get a USBD error every time I try. I have gone to the Palm site and downloaded from there just in case it's a software problem to now avail. I have been on the phone with Palm support for the last 3 days and am now being sent to the "big boys" for more help. Any suggestions?
