Recently all the USB ports on my E521 quit functioning.  After 2 hours of tech support, Vista stopped coming up.  I started getting a black screen with a keyboard configuration error message.  Since the mouse and keyboard don't work, I'm at a complete loss of how to fix the problem.  Please help.
