XPS 720 Ram

Hey guys, I have been updating my system and thinking of Running Ntune on it to overclock a little bit From the stories I have read on here I don't think it is worth the headache, So I might not run it. Anyway I updated my Bios yesterday to A06, and I was looking through it. I went into the memory are and its says my Ram is running at 800mhz.

When I bought the computer it came with 2 gigs supposedly factory overclocked to 1066mhz. I have went got 2 more gigs of ram exactly the same as what was in my computer. So how come my ram is not running at 1066mhz. The ram is rated that high so I know it can handle it. OH I am running the Corsair Dominator ram by the say I have four 1 gig sticks installed.

How do I go about my all 4 sticks run at 1066mhs instead of 800mhz? Would this cause any problems?

Also, I am running 32-bit Vista if that makes a differnece.
