I have a DELL Dimension 2300, for sometime my computer has been restarting. Its a little over a year old. When I put a Disc in the D: drive the computer restarts, and every once and a while it restarts randomly. My friend says it might be a bad power supply, but I have only had the thing for a about a year and a half. This should not be a problem, and if so It needs to be fixed. Sorry to sound mean I have been dealing with this problem for sometime. And it is not W32...anything. I have ran every virus scan known to man. Well lets just say I know its not any bad files. Please help me.
