I have a problem with my Inspiron 2600.

When I want to run on battery mode, the CPU usage increases, and exceed 50%... I close all applications and services, but nothing happening. I plug the AC adapter, and CPU usage decreases immediatly to ~5-10%.

Do you have an idea ?
