My screen is blank....I turn my computer on but nothing comes up on the screen...I had dell come out about a year and a half ago and install a new hard drive, they left and said for me to install the disk...never could seem to get that right...last week I finaly tried again...got the computer going...it kept giving me blue Screen with instructions of things that were missing or that needed to be updated...I had been doing that, from the dell download center mostly...then all of a sudden, the computer screen went blank.

I turned off the computer and when I tried to restart...nothing came up at all on the screen...not even a chance to start in safe mode.....is there anything I can do?
