hello there...

i have this problem with my laptop

latitude e5400

problem : when i plug in the adapter, the battery still not charging

battery health : normal

action taken :

1- i already open up the laptop and take out the motherboard. i clean the power board and the motherboard also with some thinner.

2- already try with another adapter and battery

 

please guide me what can i do to solve this. thank you very much...
