I am trying to direct message a Dell Employee to submit certifications and bypass ranks to become a TechExpert. However, I do not see an option to Direct Message anyone.

I haven't found a resource that shows when or if i'm eligible to unlock messaging.

When I view their profile, I see a link that says "Direct Messaging" but it takes me to the Community Home Page.
