In R720 I press during boot to enter the config screen, but I get the message  " Dell 6 Gbps SAS HBA configuration utility will load after initialization".  But following POST the system boots into Windows & the config utility never loads.

User manual page 32 has " is used to start the configuration utility but insufficient memory is available. The Configuration Utility loads (boots) after POST initialization ".  The server has 384GB RAM & no memory errors or any issues were reported (I ran a thorough ePSA assessment and everything gets a pass there).

No issues in using the existing config & accessing the connected MD3200 through the HBA. I am just not able to change the config.  Is there a BIOS setting that could help me? Appreciate any pointers on how to resolve this.
