Problem with Precision 5520 when i removed the battery
My Dell Precision 5520 laptop wouldn't turn off unless I removed the battery.
But then I got new problems after removing the battery from my Dell Precision 5520:
My laptop wouldn't turn on only after I hit the power button three times, like for the first time when I hit it the power button lights on for a few seconds, then turns off, same for the second time but this time the keyboard turns on. The third time the computer turns on
But when the computer turns on, it lunches every time ePSA scan and I have to go through it every time(although the scan shows only a problem with the battery), if I skip it my computer turns on, it won't boot to windows ( I have windows 11) unless I go through the scan every single time.
My computer can't remember time, which so weird. My computer is supposed to remember time even without a battery. I don't know if I have a CMOS problem.
Overall my computer seems to work fine after booting, with some VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR blue screen crashes, some few times.
I don't wanna buy a new battery unless I am sure this is a battery problem related
All informations related to my computer
