Hello,

I've installed Dell Scan Manager on my 2008r2 server in my central site (192.168.100.xxx) and it works well through the network with my first 2335dn which is located in the same building. I've configured several folders for several users. Everything's ok.

My second 2235dn is located in an external other site (192.168.101xxx) is found by the same scan manager installed on my server in the central site.

Unfortunately, when users try to scan from the external site, my 2335 says  : Network application not available. (Application réseau est indisponible) in french.

Here is my question : Is my 2335 able to go through the gateway and routers to find scan manager ?

NB : Sending scan to email works fine... and any ports opened on routers between external site and central site because it's a VPN.

Any ideas ?
