After my computer switched to Windows 10, I couldn't print pdf's but could print documents and web pages and/or e-mails.  Suddenly at the end of the year, the printer won't print anything, not even a test page.  Nothing comes up, and when I run the troubleshooter it says it can't determine the problem.  I've tried shutting it off and turning it back on, I bought a new USB cable, and nothing.  Can anyone help me?  I  am not very tech savvy.
