On my Dell 8400, when I click on Run and then type services.msc it will not open and the error says it cannot be found.  I am having problems with my Norton 360 and their tech support said that I need to get that problem corrected or the Norton will not work.  Who do I contact to fix that problem or how can I fix it myself?
