Bought a Certified Refurbished Venue 11 Pro off Amazon.

Trying to activate Windows, and it says that my product key is already in use on another computer. I tried calling customer support. i got the run around from department to department. When I finally got the to so called 'Tablet Department', they tell me they can't help me because their system is being updated, and call back in '5-6 hours'. That was 24 hours ago. They are still telling me the same *** line - 'call back in 5-6 hours'.

What kind of third world, *** CS is this, Dell?
