Is there a way to start the filter and privacy browsing automatically when IE8 turns on?  I need to restart it before each session.  Microsoft designed this feature so that advertisers would not be offended.  Is there a selective cookie blocker compatible with Norton 360?  It is not comforting to know that tracking cookies and beacons are not routinely blocked.   Without using IE8's privacy features, I collect thousands of temporary internet files
