Hi All

     Can someone please clarify the purchase requirements for a customer who already has the full version of vCops and wishes to add the EMC VNX adapter into it. Do they have to purchase the full version of VNX analytics suite which includes a storage only version of vCops when all they need is the adapter?

Also if they want to add multiple VNX arrays of various models into vCops do they then have to purchase the VNX Suite for each array they wish to add or one for each model?..

My understanding (and I hope I'm wrong) is that they need to purchase the full suite for each array they wish to add into vCops and that no discounted option is available for just an adapter purchase. If correct this does not send out a good federated message to users and seems like they are paying twice (or more depending on the size of the estate) for software that they have already purchased from another arm of the business.
