My 8400 MCE dimension came with roxio/sonic dvd software on it and I removed it to install Nero 7. Nero sees my tuner and it is supported by them but no video shows in the window as far as capturing in fact the TV window tab on the right hand side stays grayed out.

 

 Also my music files in MCE have disapeared there still on my hard drive and you can play them via Win media player but in MCE they are empty folders with unknown at the bottom.  

 

Any help will be appreciated.
