I recently updated my rescue  floppy disks in Norton Antivirus 2003. When  testing them, I get all the way up to the fifth disk then get the message : Unable to find required virus defination files. May be caused by an incomplete install, insufficient disk space or an error writing to disk.  I've tried creating new disks, even replacing with new disks. I've even upgraded to Norton 2004. All to no avail. The Norton support really stinks. Any ideas anyone?
