I have had this PC for about 2ish years. The only thing I’ve ever done with it is add in a graphics card. Very recently it has been preforming awfully. It got to the point where using google chrome took 15 minutes to look up anything. File explorer took a whopping 25 minutes to open. There are some loose wires in here that have been unused since I got it. The labels on the wires are P3-P6. I’ve never built a pc so I’m kindve clueless here. Any and all help is appreciated
