Go to SolutionAW3423DW, burn in mode on startup
Hi,
I have a problem with my AW3423DW monitor, every time i leave it turned off for more than 10min, the next time i turn it on it goes on this burn-in test mode where it cycles through different colors.
It cycles for a random number of times (sometimes long, sometimes short), it seems to be some sort of burn-in test mode because at some point it always stops and lets me use it normally. At this point i can turn it off, and even unplug it and turn it on again without it recycling through the colors as long as i dont leave it off for more than 10min i think.
It also happens when the monitor is not connected to any sources. I tested different cables and different monitors with my computer(different monitors work fine) and also a different computer with the monitor(problem still arises).
Other than that the monitor is working perfectly, i was wondering if there was a way to access some sort of service menu to try and fix this issue since i saw some posts/videos about this same issue on other dell monitors that were solved this way ? (this monitor only has the power button and the joystick so i can't access the way i saw some people do on other dell monitors)
Thanks in advance
2 people also have this problem
