I have two Dell S2716DG 27" monitors. I have been using the same monitors for over 5 years and never encountered an issue before.

Until tonight, 1 monitor decided to completely disconnect from the computer and went into this "unresponsive" state. Where the white power button is stale on. The power button remains on until power is disconnected from the monitor. No buttons work when the monitor is on, and it's pitch black, as if it were off. Not the "gray" backlit screen.

I've switched power cords, DP cords, different outlets, I've disconnected the other (working) monitor, and strictly relying on the monitor I'm having issues with. I have disabled deep sleep mode, I've factory reset the monitor. I've scoured the internet and all the forums for solutions and nothing has seemed to work. Upon unplugging the monitor and plugging it back in while the PC is on, it will show display, and will function for 30 seconds before falling back into the same cycle, black screen, completely unresponsive.

Is there anything that can be done to fix this. I honestly cannot find a shred of information regarding this issue.
